What Went Right

Project started with a proof of concept in unity created by a fellow team member. This proof of concept had a very clear vision of most of the final product systems and feel, allowing the team to get started quickly on what was needed.

What Went Wrong

Misunderstanding of some systems coupled with miscommunication slowed the project down slightly.

What I Learned Going Forward

Going forward, I've learned moderation is a very helpful tool. After having issues with programming systems on the project, I had reached a breaking point and had to take a step back. During this time I took an in-depth look at the engine documentation for Unreal. Taking a step back allowed me to clear my head and begin fixing issues quickly and efficently.
